This retrospective study was completed at the First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University between December 2020 and January 2023. The primary objective of this study was to determine the sensitivity and specificity of CSF IL-6 and IL-10 levels to identify SCNSL, and the secondary objective was to evaluate the therapeutic prognostic value of them in patients with SCNSL.
