1 Introduction Emergence of platinum (Pt) resistance (Pt-R) predicts invariably fatal outcomes in high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) with an expected median survival of 12–18 months.[1, 2] Pt-R HGSOC remains an area of unmet need, where progress has remained slow and clinical outcomes are lagging.[3-6] Understanding key vulnerabilities of Pt-R OC could unlock new possibilities to target HGSOC and improve survival.
