Despite some rain, hundreds of participants enjoyed the Brooklyn Pride parade on Saturday, June 14 in Park Slope. The day started with a 5K run in Prospect Park, along with a family-friendly street festival on 5th Avenue, between Union and 9th Streets. The twilight parade gathered many local organizations, Brooklyn elected leaders and LGBTQIA+ supporters along 5th Avenue.
