Since launching sales three years ago, Mangrove in Hung Hom, a development by Kwai Hung Group, now has only four remaining units. On September 9th, the developer released an updated price list (Price List 3A), eliminating all previous discounts and reducing the list prices of the remaining four units by 34.4% to 40.9%. This effectively results in a price reduction of 20% to 28%. The four units will be available for sale starting this Friday, September 13th.

This study investigates the aerodynamic characteristics and interference effect of tandem square prisms in fluid–structure interaction. Using large eddy simulation, three-dimensional tandem square prisms are analyzed under different spacing and vibration. Based on the mean pressure coefficient and flow field phenomenology, the specific reasons and underlying mechanisms of the changes are discussed.

A fully homomorphic encryption system enables computation on encrypted data without the necessity for prior decryption. This facilitates the seamless establishment of a secure quantum channel, bridging the server and client components, and thereby providing the client with secure access to the server’s substantial computational capacity for executing quantum operations. However, traditional homomorphic encryption systems lack scalability, programmability, and stability.

AbstractStress-dependent permeability models are developed for the organic pores and inorganic cleats/ fractures in unconventional gas reservoirs, which are modeled as Biot’s porous media of dual-porosity. Further considering multiple flow mechanisms such as dynamic effects of gas flow and surface diffusion, apparent permeability models are obtained to investigate the characteristics of unconventional gas migration.
