The Miners host North Knox (2-4) on Friday and a win for Linton clinches a sixth straight regular season winning record for the program. That number dwindled to two in the second quarter of the opener when junior Paul Oliver was hampered with a shoulder injury. Now, there are two guys in the pocket and doing damage and working like two peas in a pod — senior Braylon McBride and junior Russell Goodman.     In a Greene-Sullivan County dual, Linton Stockton and Sullivan dished out a slugfest. The No. 6 Miners got the last lick to ward off the Golden Arrows in a 42-20 win Friday at Roy Williams Field. Linton (3-1) took its largest lead in the third quarter 28-12. It came via a pair of touchdowns from junior Russell Goodman and a Braylon McBride-Jesse Voigtschild connection through the air.
