Sergei Shoigu(Bloomberg) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin’s top security aide Sergei Shoigu made his third visit to North Korea in as many months according to Tass news service, in a sign of Moscow’s deepening embrace of North Korea. The Russian senior official is holding talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Pyongyang while on a “special mission” from Putin, the Russian Security Council’s press service said Tuesday. Tass didn’t clarify what that mission may be.
