Shares of South Korean cosmetics company Kolmar Holdings Co. had their best day on record after the founder’s lawsuit to reclaim shares from his son sparked speculation about its direction and ownership. Chairman Yoon Dong-Han filed a lawsuit in a Seoul court last month asking his eldest son, Yoon Sang-Hyun, also CEO of Kolmar Holdings, to return 2.3 million company shares that were gifted to him in 2019.
