The sizes of the residences at Northbrook Wānaka, the resort town in New Zealand’s South Island, vary from 244msq and up to 607msqm, with prices starting at NZ$1.25 million and the larger three-bedroom homes going up to NZ$4.5 million. NZSX-listed Winton is the main developer, and a spokeswoman said stage one of 32 homes was a NZ$60 million venture where “almost” half the properties had been sold with buyers from New Zealand and Australia.
