    EGYPTAIR has increased an order it signed at Dubai Airshow in 2023, for 10 Airbus A350-900s to 16 widebody jets almost two years later at Paris Air Show.  On June 18, 2026, Airbus confirmed that EGYPTAIR has disclosed a firm order for an additional six A350-900s as “part of its expansion strategy to meet growing demand for air travel”. The first order for 10 A350-900s was announced on November 14, 2023, when EGYPTAIR and Airbus executives gathered in front of a media audience at Dubai Airshow.

    For a moment it sadly looked like only Airbus would be announcing new deals at the Paris Air Show this year, but on June 18, 2025, Embraer swung into action with a huge order.  Around midday, Embraer kicked off a press conference where it confirmed the US regional carrier SkyWest Airlines had placed an order for up to 110 E175s.  Moments later the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer also revealed that South African carrier Airlink will lease 10 new Embraer E195-E2s from Azorra.

    SkyWest Airlines has struck a deal with Embraer at the Paris Air Show to purchase up to 110 Embraer E175s, with 16 already allocated to operate for Delta Air Lines.  Embraer and SkyWest announced on June 18, 2025, that the airline would purchase 60 aircraft with purchase rights on 50 extra planes in the future.  SkyWest confirmed that 16 new E175 aircraft would operate under a multi-year contract for Delta Air Lines with deliveries set to being in 2027.

    Airbus Helicopters has secured its largest Flexrotor uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) order to date at Paris Air Show in France.  The Airbus subsidiary announced on June 18, 2025, that the agreement, comprising of six Flexrotor systems and 17 aircraft, was signed with Australian aerospace startup Drone Forge. According to Airbus Helicopters, Flexrotor systems will be configured to meet a broad range of operational requirements in the Asia-Pacific region.

    Eve Air Mobility has reached an agreement with Future Flight Global, to supply 54 electric vehicle and takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.  The Embraer subsidiary announced on June 18, 2025, that a Letter of Intent (LOI) was signed by both parties with Future Flight Global planning to deploy the aircraft in the US and Brazil markets. Future Flight Global invests in Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) with the aim of deploying and operating aircraft around the world.
