GLENVILLE — Fat Boys Ice Cream has reopened after closing last year. The seasonal business originally opened for the summer season in 2023 but didn’t reopen for the 2024 season. “We closed last year because there was some conflicting visions of the place, but we're back open,” said Brian Olesen, one of the owners. Situated on the site of the former Glenville Sportsplex on Freemans Bridge Road, it reopened on Monday, offering a variety of ice cream sundaes, milkshakes and flurries.
