I can’t wait to hug my family 🤗 whole week off

Today is not a day to blame. It’s not a day for complaining. Today is not the day to focus on what could, should, or would have. It’s a day to “wake up.” To start. To work.

Woke up with a swollen lip. Not cool. Downfall of being on screen for work, you actually have to look presentable 😅

I ate so good this weekend. I love a good foodie trip 😩🤗

Changing so many bad habits and it’s bringing on a whirlwind of emotions. I never knew how often I was overstimulated and overwhelmed. Finally taking the steps to breathe.
