    SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - One person is dead following a crash in Sumter County, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP). The crash happened Sunday night at around 8:10 p.m. on Queen Chapel Road near Westbury Mill Road, which is about four miles south of Sumter. Troopers said a 2011 Hyundai sedan traveling east on Queen Chapel Road drove off the roadway, overturned several times and then crashed into a house. SCHP said the Hyundai’s driver died from their injuries.

Orangeburg County Sheriff Leroy Ravenell said 25-year-old Tyrese Lawson, from Summerton, was reported missing on Thursday, April 10 after last being seen in Santee. Lawson is described as 6′3″ and around 235 pounds.
