An overwhelming majority of PWHL players voted last week to allow salary disclosure throughout the league, giving players’ agents visibility into how much other players are earning and, in turn, how much salary cap space each team has when negotiating with them. This marks a significant change for players and agents, who over the past two years were not granted access to the salaries of other players. The PWHLPA informed the league of its decision Saturday, May 31.

Hollywood continues to embrace the sports industry, with L.A.-based film and television management firm 3 Arts Entertainment acquiring sports and entertainment management firm A&A Management Group. 3 Arts declined to share financial specifics, but all A&A employees will join 3 Arts. A&A founders Aaron and André Eanes will become partners at 3 Arts and oversee 3 Arts’ growing sports division.

Lexus is expanding its partnership with the Premier Lacrosse League, which kicks off its season on May 30. The deal will see the Japanese luxury car brand become the entitlement partner of the 2025 PLL and Women’s Lacrosse League All-Star Weekend July 4-5 and the 2025 PLL End of Year Awards in September. Lexus will also serve as the the presenting partner of “Rabil’s Places,” an ESPN Original Series premiering June 4.
