It’s a fun journey into the land of creaky knees, forgotten names, and a newfound appreciation for comfy shoes. While aging gracefully is a lovely concept, let’s be honest: sometimes, it feels more like aging disgracefully. If you’re starting to notice some, shall we say, “unique” changes, it simply means you’re getting old.
