INTRODUCTION Vesicouterine adhesions are adhesions of the anterior compartment between the uterus, bladder and/or anterior abdominal wall. There is an association with chronic pelvic pain, dyspareunia, small bowel obstruction, increased operative difficulty in gynecological surgery and possible infertility1-3. The most common cause of these adhesions is a Cesarean section.
