    For all the talk of the latest incursion into Russia, the fatigue of the Kremlin’s foot-soldiers and Vladimir Putin’s weapons deliveries from Iran, one other factor could single-handedly determine the fate of Ukraine next year. At next month’s election, American voters appear to have a choice of whether to install a president who would bolster Kyiv’s war effort, or one who might doom it.
