In unofficial final results from the May 7 election, local voters denied two general fund mill levies for the Three Forks School District. According to unofficial results from the Gallatin County Elections Department, the levy for $504,234 per year in the Elementary District was defeated by a vote of 851 to 465. The levy in the High School District for $176,154 was defeated by a vote of 850 to 458.

The Three Forks Speech, Drama, and Debate team ended the season impressively at the recent Class B State Meet in Choteau. Six of the 11 qualified students made it to at least the semifinals. "State went very well. I was extremely proud of all of our competitors," said Head Coach Bronwyn Evans. The results included a State Championship in Public Forum Debate for Noah Murphy and Maddie Griffiths.

Owners Dave and Robin Francisco, who have over 40 years of experience as barbers, moved to Three Forks two and a half years ago. “We love the town and the surrounding areas of Three Forks. Talking with several people, we heard that the barber in town had retired, and the town was left without one.
