Young hockey players from Ukraine are back in Erie for the third year in a row. They've already hit the ice and are hard at work as they practiced their skills at LECOM Sports Park Tuesday. It's part of the Ukrainian Hockey Camp and Culture Exchange. Ukrainian hockey players and their coaches will be here for three weeks. They arrived in the country a few days ago. Erie Otters forward Brendan Sellan is the director of the camp. The kids love Erie, he said, so they keep coming back.

The official name of the big Army post next to Killeen officially reverted back to the name Fort Hood after the installation's senior leader - Lt. Gen. Kevin D. As soon as the tornado warning in Erie County was issued Monday, Erie News Now started non-stop coverage, and Captain Jim Dahle’s team at the Edinboro Fire Department got to work. “We actually had volunteers here when the tornado warning was issued,” he said. “They took some of the equipment out, dispersed it in accordance with our protocol.”Then, those crews waited to see what would happen. “We continued to experience heavy rain, but we actually did not sustain any storm damage,” Dahle said.
