Scouts from 30 teams in the National Football League arrived in Champaign to look at what talent the Illini had to offer. Many eyes were on wide receiver Pat Bryant who was invited to the NFL Combine, but still wanted to showcase his skills and tried to improve his 40-yard-dash time. Several other players had the chance to show off their strength and athleticism.

Despite a 26 point effort from Brock Fearday, the Bulldogs fell to Hope Academy Thursday morning 56-50.
