A search for a missing skipper of a yacht that ran aground off the Cornish coast has been called off with no one found. The HM Coastguard said it was called to Chapel Point, just south of Portmellon, Cornwall, on Friday (June 13) just after 8.15pm. The washed-up yacht was found empty with no one on board and a search for the occupants was launched. The Mevagissey Coastguard Rescue Team were sent alongside a coastguard helicopter and RNLI lifeboats from Looe, The Lizard and Falmouth.
