McCammon was an integral part of Peterborough Sports' rise up the non-league pyramid under the management of the Tulips boss. Stratford upon Avon Boat Club Masters’ quad of Ellie Davies (stroke), Gina Fusco, Christine Goodwin and Ruth Poulten (bow) secured second spot at the British Rowing Masters Championship on Sunday. There were six crews in a straight final for the W50+ quads. The crew faced some tricky conditions at the start but settled into a strong rhythm at a rate of 32 strokes per minute and found themselves in second position chasing the leader, a strong Putney Crew.

At the prestigious British Masters Championships held at the iconic London Aquatics Centre, Sharks' Masters Ali Skirvin and Neil Truscott showcased their talent against a field of elite senior athletes. Over three thrilling days, Ali secured ninth in the 50m backstroke, sixth in the 100m backstroke, and fifth in both the 100m breaststroke and the 100m freestyle.

More than 30 young triathletes from Ketton Panthers have started their East Midlands series campaign. They have been at Darley Moor race circuit just outside Ashbourne in Derbyshire and Uppingham School Sports Centre on two consecutive weekends. The Panthers were very well represented in each of the age categories and there were several top 10 finishes for the club across all age ranges. Several members were also competing in their first events alongside seasoned members.
Roger finds his rhythm with personal best score on the back nine

A personal best back nine score changed Roger Hales' steady scorecard into a winner. After the round at Sudbrook Moor, Roger commented that he had never hit the ball so well as he did in the recent May Monthly Medal. Roger reflected that it was less about turning up the heat as finding a rhythm which would set him apart from the other 55 players and put his name in the club archive of trophy winners. It's sinking in that he has won one of the club's majors - the Ken Crowe Challenge.
