Here is a breakdown of our Weather Impact Alert: WHEN: 9 p.m. Tuesday until 9 a.m. Wednesday IMPACT: Sea fog drifting inland will be thickest along the bays, waterways and beaches, reducing visibility to a quarter mile or less.
