    KAPIT (May 30): The Kapit Health Office recently carried out a one-day ‘Water Safety Skills Training’ at Sungai Bening in Antaroh, aimed at equipping its staff with essential self-rescue knowledge and enhancing water safety awareness. According to Kapit Health officer Dr Michael Peliti, the training was held directly in the river to provide participants with realistic conditions for mastering seven key survival skills.
