The egg was found by a woman from Ayr, who discovered it in a box of 15 that she had purchased from her local ASDA. The council, which runs the facility, sells metals from joint and bone replacements after bodies are cremated and donates the proceeds to charity. But a whistleblower contacted WalesOnline after two titanium implants were reported stolen from the site.

    Concerns are growing for a vulnerable woman missing from her home in Glasgow. Audrey Hamilton, 61, was last seen in the Riddrie Knowes area of the city on Monday, August 5, at around 10am. Officers from Police Scotland have described Audrey as a vulnerable woman and say they are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.

    A wheelchair user says the view of Take That from her accessible seating at their gig was so bad it was like "being in prison". Metal bars obscured Michelle Ritchie's view at Birmingham's Utilita arena and she says she couldn't see anything on the stage. The 33-year-old had travelled over 200 miles to the Midlands to see Take That supported by Olly Murs. But she says she was disappointed by the experience and doesn't think it was worth the £90 ticket, in May.

    A second Barbary macaque has been born at a Scottish safari park, its thrilled staff have announced. The infant was born to mother Eadie last month and has been named Harper by its keepers at Blair Drummond Safari Park near Stirling. He joins Hayley, who was born in May.
