    Liverpool have announced the signing of Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen. On the day that Trent Alexander-Arnold joins Real Madrid, the Premier League champions waste no time in officially announcing his replacement. Frimpong had been linked with a move to Merseyside for a few months now and was reportedly keen to sign for the club.     Liverpool have submitted an initial offer in excess of €100m for Bayer Leverkusen’s Florian Wirtz, according to Fabrizio Romano.  The Bundesliga club have received the offer and are currently in negotiations with Liverpool. The overall package submitted by the Premier League champions is over €100m when including add-ons. Leverkusen have previously stated that they would only sell Wirtz for a fee of around €150m. If this is still the case, Liverpool will have to come back with a second bid.

    As reported by BILD, Borussia Dortmund are interested in Wolves forward Fabio Silva this summer. The Portuguese youth international is expected to depart the Premier League club following spells in the Netherlands, Belgium, Scotland, and, most recently, Spain with Las Palmas. The 22-year-old striker scored 10 goals and assisted on three occasions in 24 appearances last season, but it wasn’t enough for Las Palmas to avoid relegation from La Liga.

    Jonathan Tah will undergo his Bayern Munich medical this week, according to Florian Plettenberg. Negotiations are currently ongoing between Bayern and Bayer Leverkusen regarding a transfer fee for the soon-to-be free agent. Bayern wish to sign him before June 30th in order for the central defender to be a part of Bayern’s FIFA Club World Cup squad from the beginning. If a fee is not met, the earliest Tah could feature for Bayern at the tournament would be the quarter-finals.
