A former Amarillo and Canyon ISD teacher accused of child sex crimes was indicted Wednesday following his sixth arrest. A Randall County grand jury indicted Patrick Kenneth Farmer, 57, on one count of indecency with a child sexual contact. According to the criminal complaint obtained by ABC 7 News, Farmer touched the genitals of a girl under the age of 17. The alleged incident happened in December 2000.

A district judge in Texas County, Oklahoma will not recuse himself from the murder case involving two women who were found buried in a freezer. Judge Jon K. Parsley denied a motion filed by Tad Cullum's attorney and said said the statutory language used was "inapplicable to the facts in this situation.'Cullum, his girlfriend Tifany Adams, Cole and Cora Twombly, and Paul Grice, are charged with kidnapping and killing Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley.

Police arrested two women, and recovered 13 lbs. of meth and $26,000 in cash during two traffic stops and the search of an Amarillo apartment. Brandi Lorraine Duncan and Noemi Paola Salazar are charged with possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine. According to federal court records, the DEA, Potter Cotter Sheriff's Office and Amarillo police were conducting surveillance on Duncan on Tuesday .

An Amarillo Police Department drone captured the chase, crash and capture of a man they say lied about being robbed. ABC 7 News had the exclusive story April 4. According to Amarillo police, a man was causing problems at Zombiez Bar & Grill. When he refused to leave after being kicked out, the bar called police. The man then stepped outside and called 911 claiming he had been robbed. But the robbery never happened. Police said the man tried to shoot himself, and witnesses took his gun from him.
