    AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Amarillo police recovered a stolen car using a drone and license plate readers. On April 23, a white, 2010 Chevrolet Malibu was reported stolen. Police first located the car about four-and-a-half hours later when the car's license plate was spotted by a license plate reader. Officers stopped the vehicle in the Toot N Totum parking lot at Line and S. Georgia St. The driver was arrested for unlawful use of a motor vehicle. The car was returned to the owner.
