Warm and humid conditions will persist much of this week. Temperatures will top out close to normal today, in the low 80s. We will have the chance of a spotty shower or thunderstorm mainly in the afternoon hours. Not every community will see rain, however. Tonight, more numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected. These will continue into Tuesday, and heavy downpours will be possible at times. TODAY: Mostly cloudy, warm and humid with a few showers or thunderstorms, mainly in the afternoon hours.
