DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — New art is on display in Bellbrook, and its creators may surprise you, at first. The art display is installed at Winters Library and comprises ceramic books with inspirational messages drawn across them. A local Girl Scout troop is behind it all thanks to a collaboration with the library; an art studio called Outside the Box; and the Bellbrook City Council, among others, to bring the project to fruition.
