5 days ago, I decided to come back to Medium. I came across the 66-day challenge I participated in 2023 and realized how much it had changed my life. I wanted to do it again!But I wanted to adapt it to some of my goals and struggles and make it even more challenging. I’ve heard of the 75-hard challenge, but that didn’t really connect with everything I wanted to do, and was too intense when it came to the exercise and nutrition portions for me. I decided to create my own challenge.

I picked todayās topic because in 2020, I had a burnout. I forgot to take the foot off the accelerator pedal and set boundaries to protect my mental space.
