    TWO major motorways are closed in both directions due to a lorry fire and serious crash. The M1 in South Yorkshire has been shut with drivers warned to re-route or delay their journeys. Meanwhile, the M20 in Kent is also closed in both directions after a lorry erupted into flames earlier this morning. On the M1 closure, a statement from National Highways says: "The M1 in South Yorkshire is closed in both directions between J36 (Hoyland) and J37 (Barnsley) due to a serious collision.

    A YOUNG girl has been rushed to hospital after she was attacked by an XL Bully-type dog outside a shop. The victim suffered three puncture wounds in the attack in the Trebanog area of the Rhondda Valley, south Wales, on April 7. The girl was rushed to hospital from the scene, but is now understood to be recovering at home after suffering non-life threatening injuries. The dog has since been put down, with cops saying they were had not yet confirmed whether it was an XL Bully.

    BreakingCops have released a description of the suspectTWO women have been sexually assaulted in wartime tunnels at a historic castle. The victims were attacked within Dover Castle, Kent, at around 1.30pm on Sunday, police have said. Cops are hunting a man described as "white and in his 40s". He is described as having been wearing a black or grey tracksuit at the time of the attack. A spokesman for Kent Police said: "Witnesses are sought following a sexual assault at Dover Castle.

    JACK Grealish was allegedly slapped in the face by a Manchester United fan at Old Trafford. The Man City star, 29, was allegedly assaulted near the tunnel as he made his way off the pitch following the Manchester derby on Sunday. A 20-year-old man has since been charged with assault. He will appear at Manchester Magistrates' Court in July.

    BreakingThe young victim was rushed to hospital from the sceneA 13-YEAR-old has been arrested after a teenage boy was "approached and stabbed" on board a bus. The victim also a teenage boy, was assaulted near a Co-op store in Eastbourne, East Sussex, at around 7.40pm on Saturday. He was rushed to hospital with a stab wound, but his injuries are not life-threatening. A 13-year-old boy was subsequently arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery and on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
