The NBA Finals are finally here! There are some of the things I'm thinking about as we head into Thursday night's Game 1. Can the Pacers avoid turnovers? In certain ways, this is the entire series. If the Pacers can't take care of the ball against this Thunder team, they are probably just drawing dead. We've seen throughout this entire season that if you give the ball away against the Thunder, you lose. Period.

With the calendar flipping from May to June, it's time for organized team activities (OTAs) all around the league. All 32 teams have turned the page from 2024 and are now gathering and getting themselves ready for 2025. The Detroit Lions became one of the very best offenses in the NFL under former offensive coordinator Ben Johnson. He took over for Anthony Lynn in 2022, and the Lions quickly established themselves as a consistent top-five offense. For some inexplicable reason, when a lineup starts a quarter like this, Thibs just digs in deeper and plays them longer.

I might suggest a substitution!

Give the Knicks credit for being consistent. Five games, five double-digit deficits. Even in the non-Tatum closeout-opportunity game they have to do this.

Not the best Karl-Anthony Towns game I've ever seen.
