    RAYNE, La (KLFY)– Haseya’s New Beginning Animal Rescue has expanded and is now offering more services to the animals they’re on a mission to save. What looks like an ordinary shipment container is a surgical center at Haseya’s New Beginnings Animal Rescue. Tanya Brown with Haseya’s says the new surgical center is an excellent addition to the animal rescue because there’s nothing in the area like it. She also says this is major for the facility as they are now able to offer more services.

    GRAND COTEAU, La. (KLFY) — In Grand Coteau a town hall meeting was held earlier this evening, and the public was invited to share concerns about the recent audit report and the issues found. KLFY was at the meeting when the town’s mayor, Patrick Richard, informed everyone that, the discussion on the audit report would have to be postponed. Grand Coteau’s recent audit report revealed 14 issues with the town’s finances.
