    In Wilson v Financial Conduct Authority, the Employment Tribunal (ET) has found that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) was entitled to refuse an employee’s request to work entirely remotely, despite the fact that she was a strong performer and had worked effectively from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. An employee with at least 26 weeks’ continuous service has the right to request flexible working for any reason, including the location where the employee will work.
