Lambeth Council is set to sign off on a plan to spend more than £3.6 million this year — not on roads, homes, or parks, but on staff salaries to manage and plan the borough’s growing list of infrastructure projects. The money comes from two special funding streams that developers pay into when they build in the area: the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 (s106) agreements.
