Residents in the Clontarf area of Dublin are not able to get into their homes after flash flooding this morning. Dublin Fire Brigade are at the scene close to Auburn and Castle Court housing estates in Clontarf, where water has damaged housing and cars. They said that eight people have been evacuated so far. Local resident Marie Casey said she invited over neighbours who cannot get into their home due to the flood water.
