Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals Co.has won approval from the Hong Kong stock exchange to list its shares, according to documents submitted by the company on Monday. The Shanghai-listed firm plans to issue up to 815 million shares in Hong Kong, Hengrui said in a filing last month, after getting the green light from China’s securities regulator for its Hong Kong debut. The sale, likely worth at least $2 billion, could occur as soon as this year, people familiar with the matter have said.
