This resolution would change the name of Appleton Memorial Park to Veterans Memorial Park. It would also create a central place to display monuments, plaques, and other items, honoring those who served in the military.

A proposal for term limits will be considered by the Neenah City Council on Wednesday night. Those backing it hope to send a message to state and federal officials, should this pass. The directive being taken up has the support of council members Mark Ellis and Dan Steiner.
