    COVINGTON — Folks disappointed last month to hear that the city of Covington would not be including fireworks at this year’s Lighting of the Square might have been excited Sept. 3 after the City Council voted 4-2 to resurrect the show. Any joy they felt, however, was short-lived after Mayor Fleeta Baggett, citing safety concerns, vetoed the legislation. But that might not be the end of the story.
