    LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - It was time to clean out that attic and basement and find some treasures for the annual Bradfield Center yard sale. Vendors set up in the north parking lot, offering a variety of great stuff for sale, from collectibles and purses to toys and tennis shoes. Organizers of the yard sale say it gives vendors a little extra cash, and their table set-up fee goes back to support the programs at the Brad.

    LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - St. Gerard students wrapping up a week of Lenten service projects by helping out at Our Daily Bread in Lima. 5th - 8th graders were busy cleaning dishes, clearing tables, and sorting food to get ready for meal time at the soup kitchen. School leaders say it was an exciting opportunity for students to pitch in with some hands-on service, with a theme of Fostering a Spirit of Compassion.

Woof Boom Radio's 92.1 The Frog holding its annual St. Jude radiothon. It's two days of 13-hour shifts on the air, with radio personalities inviting the public to become a St. Jude Partner in Hope, and pledge $19 a month to support the charity.

    LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - Ohio libraries stand to take a $100 million dollar hit if the proposed House budget makes it through. That's according to the Ohio Library Council which says the House version wipes out the Public Library Fund (PLF) and replaces it with a line item. The group says the new proposed distribution formula would cut funding to nearly half of the state's libraries, including in Allen County.
