Norfolk police have arrested Antoine M. Legrande Jr., 24, in the Granby Street shooting that left three people dead and two others wounded. The arrest comes just a day short of two months since the incident. Story to come.

Once again showing that in Virginia, the one issue that can get bipartisan support is making it hard for citizens to see the inner workings of government. Republican and Democratic lawmakers and government officials work equally hard to keep voters in the dark in this state.
