    As a young child, I was captivated by any stories or movies that had anything to do with the supernatural. When I was growing up in the late ’70s, hit movies included “Star Wars,” “E.T.,” “Close Encounters of the Third Kind,” and “Poltergeist.” Uri Geller was on TV bending spoons with his mind, and every other household seemed to have an Ouiji board.
