    GRAFTON, W.Va. (WBOY) — The Anna Jarvis Museum is putting on some special events to celebrate Mother’s Day. Anna Jarvis was the founder of Mother’s Day and a native to Taylor County. Her birthplace is now a museum, and over the weekend as part of the Mother’s Day Founders Festival, it will be having special hours from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday for people interested in learning about Jarvis.
