There’s a very stylish game of switcheroo happening in the fashion world right now. Designer job-hopping is nothing new: Tom Ford has been the creative director at Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and, duh, Tom Ford, while Karl Lagerfeld designed for Patou, Krizia, Fendi and Chloé before joining Chanel, also launching his eponymous brand a year later.
