    The risk of a dementia misdiagnosis is proceeding with an ill-fitting care plan that ultimately diminishes an individual’s health progress.  When circumstances permit, physicians should refer families to neurologists or geriatricians who specialize in dementia diagnosis. They can then follow up to ensure such appointments are met and review the resulting findings.

    Serving Overlapping Needs When I shared the news of the new association with TCO on Twitter, I was asked why rheumatology would opt to align with an orthopedic practice.     Additional Questions Under the New Law Banning Noncompetes Amendments to an employment agreement The statute applies to any noncompete entered into on or after July 1, 2023. What does entered into mean? Does amending an employment agreement with a pre-existing noncompete result in its being entered into post - July 1, 2023? What if the amendment does not impact the noncompete and deals only with other terms? What if an agreement is assigned as part of a sale of a practice?
