One-time civil engineering student. And, it should be added: Man who delivered a baby in a moving vehicle. After a 41-year career—20 of those in Rochester and nearly 7 of them as Rochester Public Schools’ superintendent—Jerry Williams has cemented his legacy as a Rochester educator.
