    (KNSI) – With spring break travel winding down, AAA says drivers heading out for their Easter travels can expect to pay lower prices at the pump. Softer demand is fueling the drop with crude lower than it has been in a few years, and experts say the trend may continue into the summer driving season, too. According to the Energy Information Administration, total domestic gasoline supply decreased from 236 million barrels to 234 million, but production increased by 9.4 million barrels a day.

    (KNSI) — The St. Cloud Rox announced Thursday that a former Minnesota Twins pitcher with a very familiar last name will be their guest for the home opener. Pat Mahomes pitched for the hometown nine starting in 1992, making his MLB debut with the club on April 4th. You may recall the photo with Mahomes and a tiny tot on his hip, also wearing a Twins jersey. That tiny tot grew up to be the 6’2” superstar Super Bowl winning quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who calls the signals for the Kansas City Chiefs.

    (KNSI) – The Minnesota Department of Health has updated its fish consumption guidance in response to the presence of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances in fish from various lakes and rivers across ten counties. PFAS are synthetic chemicals that have been used for decades in products designed to resist heat, stains, grease, oil, and water. These substances can accumulate in the body and cause health concerns over time.

I wonder if Design Electric knows it employs people who write nasty emails to local reporters who are simply doing their jobs. The news is the news. You may not like it, and that's OK, but what's not OK is harassing local reporters because you don't like what we're saying.
