Welcome back to Project Track Addict. Since our last update, we’ve been busy in the shop installing more upgrades to transform our C8 Corvette from a factory sports car into a track-day terror. Up to now, we increased the car’s performance considerably by adding high-performance wheels, tires, and brakes. In this update, we are installing new suspension components and an aero package that adds downforce and gives Track Addict an aggressive appearance.

Automobiles are not just machines but works of art, each with its own personality and story. From childhood memories of modified go-carts and dirt bikes to racing dune buggies and modifying cars, the passion for racing runs deep in his family.

The pandemic of 2020 wreaked havoc on businesses and industries worldwide. Many companies folded and shut their doors for good, while other companies found ways to remain in business and are experiencing exponential growth in the post-2020 economy. One such business is Sac Speed Shop of Sacramento, California, and thanks to its owner, Alex “Sleepy” Hernandez, the business survived the craziness of the pandemic and has been flourishing since then.
