Opened in Jackson in 1974, Great Adventure has been a staple of New Jersey springs and summers ever since. From school trips to summer excursions with friends, nearly everyone that grew up in New Jersey has Great Adventure memories. And everyone has a favorite ride at Six Flags.

Was Friday the greatest day in the history of the Wendy’s Frosty? Who can say? I can say. I’ve been reviewing these creamy, icy treats for longer than I’d care to admit. The Ohio-based chain had released nine special flavors of their iconic dessert, and I’ve tried them all. These seasonal offerings have ranged from terrible like peppermint and strawberry, to amazing like orange Dreamsicle and the most recent Thin Mint.
