Captain Paul’s Firehouse Dogs in Lawrence, a fixture on the New Jersey hot dog scene since 2009, has a new owner. Patrick Jones, a special ed teacher at Mercer County Technical Schools in Pennington, and his mother, Debbie, who works at Capital Health Medical Center in Hopewell, bought Captain Paul’s from original owner Paul Tweedly. It had been put up for sale earlier this year.
